INVENTORY CONTROLLER - R 25k pm - MONTAGUE GARDENS, Cape Town

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee and reconcile stock across Cin7, Xero, and Shopify.
  

• Manage labeling, recording, and inventory accuracy.
  

• Coordinate with third party logistics providers and supervise warehouse staff.
  

• Ensure smooth receiving, storage, and dispatch of products.
  

• Process wholesale orders and handle returned stock clearances.
  

• Support finance by maintaining accurate records and preparing reports.
  

• Drive efficiency and accuracy — hitting KPIs on reconciliations, dispatch speed, and pick accuracy.
  

Requirements

• Matric (required); Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
  

• ​Driver’s license & own car required.
  

• Strong Cin7 knowledge (non -negotiable).
  

• Xero familiarity is an advantage.
  

• 1–3 years’ experience in logistics, operations, or inventory.
  

• Hands -on, practical problem solver who thrives in a fast -paced environment.
  

• Organized, disciplined, and detail -oriented.
  

• Comfortable leading a small warehouse team while working independently.
  

• High integrity, clear communicator, and adaptable to change.
