Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Administrator to join our team in Johannesburg, South Africa. The Inventory Administrator will be responsible for managing the company's inventory levels, tracking stock movements, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products to our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained - Track stock movements and update inventory records in the system - Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products - Conduct regular stock audits to identify discrepancies and take corrective actions - Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and any issues or concerns - Collaborate with other departments to forecast inventory needs and plan for future orders - Implement and maintain inventory management policies and procedures - Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in inventory management - Train and supervise junior inventory staff as needed Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software - Knowledge of supply chain processes and procedures - Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong communication and interpersonal skills Contract Details: This is a full-time, permanent position based in Johannesburg, South Africa.
