IT Consultant/Analyst

Problem Solving, Presenting Technical Information, Process Improvement, Software Maintenance, Software Testing, Network Design and Implementation, Load Balancing and Scalability, Vendor Relationships, Software Performance Tuning, Network Performance Tuning, Database Performance Tuning 

The successful applicant will perform the following high level activities: 

• Assess current IT environment including:


• Collect data by identifying sources of information


• IT Architecture


• Evaluate vendor-supplied software by studying user objectives; testing software compatibility with existing hardware and programs.


• Data and Organisational Governance Framework


• Prepare IT gaps and recommendations report


• Develop IT Roadmap and Infrastructure Requirements


• Producing client deliverables such as detailed design documentation, unit test plans and well documented phasing


• Gaining an understanding of the unique business and technical requirements on each engagement to facilitate the most appropriate solution design

Requirements Over 5 years of demonstrated computer knowledge and skills, software applications and computer hardware is required. Experience with multiple programming languages and diverse software and hardware is necessary.
