IT Support Technician

• Provide first and second line IT support to users, with a focus on SYSPRO ERP.
  
• Support, maintain, and troubleshoot SYSPRO modules and related integrations.
  
• Assist with system upgrades, patches, and basic configurations.
  
• Manage user access, permissions, and data integrity within the ERP system.
  
• Provide general IT support for hardware, software, and network -related issues.
  
• Set up, configure, and maintain user workstations, printers, and peripheral devices.
  
• Assist with basic network, backup, and system security support.
  

Requirements

• Qualification in Information Technology or similar.
  
• 1 years experience working with ERP Systems (preferably SYSPRO).
  
• Understanding of IT systems, databases and networks.
