About the role:

• Work along side a Finance Manager and a CFO to deliver accounting services that are both accurate and timeous.


• Get a excellent understanding of QuickBooks Online as the data source for all our clients.


• Capture all the bank transactions that pull through in to Quickbooks.


• Reconcile all accounts on a monthly basis.


• Perform labor breakouts and analysis for all our clients.


• Perform monthly loan and other journal entries to keep the accounting accurate and complete.


• Assist with preparing monthly/ weekly management reports .

• A bachelor of commerce degree in financial accounting or management accounting.
