Junior Attorney R 35,000pm STELLENBOSCH, CPT (Must reside in/near Stellenbosch)

A well -established property investment and development group is looking to appoint a newly admitted Attorney to join their in -house legal function. This role is ideal for a candidate who has recently completed articles and wants to move into a commercial, private -sector environment where legal work is practical, fast -moving, and closely tied to real business decisions.

You will work alongside a senior in -house attorney and play a key role in managing the legal paperwork that keeps complex property transactions and operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing and managing contracts and legal documentation
  

• Assisting with property -related agreements, leases and transactional paperwork
  

• Supporting compliance and regulatory processes
  

• Coordinating legal files and maintaining document control
  

• Liaising with external attorneys, stakeholders and internal teams
  

• Providing day -to -day legal administrative and operational support
