Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying new opportunities
Develop technical proposals and promote a full range of automation and instrumentation products
Engage with clients regularly (minimum 12 face-to-face meetings per week)
Collaborate with internal sales and marketing to deliver exceptional service
Track opportunities, sales activities, and forecasts using Salesforce CRM
Contribute to product demos, shows, and customer events
Provide market intelligence and competitor insights
Work towards monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs
Ideal Candidate Profile
Matric + National Diploma / N6 or Trade Test in Instrumentation
2–4 years’ experience in technical sales, instrumentation, or industrial automation
Strong process background highly preferred
Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within Gauteng
Resides in or near the area of operation
Customer-focused, self-driven, resilient, and results-oriented
Able to confidently present and engage with customers on technical solutions
Excellent planning, communication, and CRM system skills (Salesforce, SAP)
