Junior Finance Manager

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual
  financial statements
  
• Assist in preparing management accounts
  
• Support variance analysis and provide insights
  into cost control and profitability
  
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets
  
• Monitor project budgets against actual spend
  and highlight variances
  
• Support cash flow management and prepare
  projections
  
• Assist with audits and provide necessary
  documentation and explanations
  
• Assist with the implementation of financial
  systems and controls
  
• Ensure accurate record-keeping for all
  financial transactions
  

Requirements

• Grade
  12
  
• Relevant
  tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Financial Management, or a
  related field
  
• Minimum of
  3-5 years' experience in a finance or accounting environment
  
• Proven
  experience in preparing financial statements, management accounts, budgets, and
  cash flow forecasts
  
• Experience
  in variance analysis, cost control, and financial reporting
  
• Previous
  experience supervising, mentoring, and managing a small team of 2-3 junior
  finance staff
  
• Sound knowledge of accounting principles,
  financial controls, and reconciliations
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial
  accounting software/ERP systems
