Job Title: Junior Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in creating visual concepts that communicate ideas, inspire audiences, and support our brand (hospitality industry) identity across digital and print platforms. This role is perfect for someone at the beginning of their design career who is eager to learn and grow in a collaborative environment. (but have basic experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation of digital and print design materials (social media graphics, brochures, flyers, presentations, banners, etc.)


• Support senior designers and marketing teams with design projects


• Prepare and edit images, layouts, and illustrations


• Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs


• Revise designs based on feedback


• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines


• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and techniques

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience)


• 0–2 years of experience in graphic design (internship experience acceptable)


• Proficiency in design software such as:

• Basic understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles


• Strong attention to detail


• Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro)


• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles


• Experience with Canva or other online design tools


• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing
