Job Description - Junior HR Admin

Join our team as a Junior HR Admin and become an integral part of our HR department! You'll provide essential administrative support, ensuring our HR processes run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities:

Monitor HR team emails and correspondence.
Manage Hubstaff and Hubspot accounts: add new members, handle deletions, and manage tickets.
Maintain accurate member records and manage data entry.
Prepare and distribute weekly HR Manpower Report.
Organize HR electronic documents.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years HR experience in a BPO setting. (required)
Previous HR Assistant or administrative experience preferred.
Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Forms, Canva).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
Problem-solving ability and discretion with sensitive information.
