Junior HR Business Partner | Luxury Health & Fitness Club | Gauteng North

Salary: R45,000 – R50,000 per month (DOE)

Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a dynamic and people-focused Junior HR Business Partner to join a luxury health and fitness club in Gauteng North.

This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional with a strong operational background who is passionate about supporting managers, driving employee engagement and ensuring best-practice HR processes across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to provide day-to-day HR support and guidance
  


• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle administration
  


• Support performance management and employee development initiatives
  


• Provide guidance on company policies, procedures and employment legislation
  


• Assist with employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance processes
  


• Coordinate learning and development initiatives
  


• Monitor HR metrics and prepare regular reports
  


• Support succession planning and talent management initiatives
  


• Ensure HR records and employee information are maintained accurately and confidentially
  


• Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement
  

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or a related field
  


• Previous experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role
  


• Sound knowledge of South African labour legislation and HR best practices
  


• Experience handling employee relations and performance management processes
  


• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  


• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities
  


• High level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality
  


• Strong organisational and administrative skills
  


• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR information systems
  


• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
