Junior Marketing Coordinator

Our client who is seeking a Junior Marketing Coordinator for their Head Office in Kempton Park is a leader in hygiene services, committed to providing top-tier solutions to businesses nationwide. We are recruiting for a dynamic and results-driven National Key Accounts Manager to join their team and drive business growth while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign & Project Coordination - Assist in day-to-day coordination of marketing projects, Streamline internal campaign processes
• Support execution of marketing plans and initiatives
• Event & Activation Support
• Organize and coordinate promotional events and activations
• Handle logistics: RSVPs, travel arrangements, vendor coordination
• Manage pre-, during-, and post-event administration
• Internal Communication & Support
• Respond to branch queries and provide timely updates
• Maintain internal communications for products, events, and notices
• Ensure branches have access to updated materials and templates
• Content & Document Management
• Manage SharePoint library
• Compile feedback from branches on campaigns and activities
• Promotional Material & Stock Management - Coordinate marketing materials and stocktaking
• Manage purchasing and distribution of promotional stock
• Administrative Duties - Vendor applications and payment processing
• Maintain events and activations calendar, General support to the Marketing Department
• Brand Consistency - Ensure consistent use of branding across all marketing materials and platforms
• Assist in updating and maintaining brand assets and templates
• Market Research - Conduct research on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
• Compile reports and insights to support marketing strategy development

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 qualification.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1–2 Years of experience in a marketing support role 

Working hours: 08:00 to 16:30 Monday to Friday

Salary:

• Market related, depending on experience
• Performance based bonus in December
