Job Description - Junior Project Consultant

Ziyana Group is looking for a highly organized and driven Junior Project Consultant to join and support the delivery of Learning and Development projects. If you meet the below requirements, do not hesitate to send your CV for consideration. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 
Project Coordination & Support
  • Support
    the planning and execution of learning and development projects
    Track
    project timelines, deliverables, and milestones 

  • Assist
    with resource coordination and project logistics 

  • Provide
    support to facilitators during program implementation 

Learner Administration & Support
  • Coordinate
    learner recruitment, onboarding, and registration

  • Manage
    learner records and documentation

  • Ensure
    compliance with SETA requirements and timelines

Reporting & Documentation
  • Compile
    monthly project and training reportsTrack
    learner attendance, assessments, and progress 

  • Maintain
    accurate and up -to -date project documentation

Quality Assurance
  • Ensure
    all learner files and program documentation meet required standards 

  • Support
    audit readiness and compliance processes

LMS Administration
  • Load
    learners and content onto LMS (Ziyana Academy) 

  • Support
    users and facilitate basic system onboarding



Requirements

  • Higher
    Certificate or Diploma

    • Business
      Management

    • Learning
      & Development

    • HR
      / Organizational Development

  • Project
    Management certification (advantageous) 

  • 2–3
    years experience in:

    • Learning
      & Development / Training environment

    • OR
      Project Coordination / Administration

  • Strong
    administrative and organizational skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
