Our client is seeking a motivated and detail -oriented Junior Recruitment Resourcer to join their team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the recruitment process by researching companies, identifying the right contacts, and ensuring candidate CVs reach the most relevant decision -makers. Research & Identify Contacts: Use online tools, LinkedIn, and business platforms to identify potential client companies and decision -makers.
Candidate CV Distribution: Match candidate profiles to suitable opportunities and forward CVs to the correct contacts.
Maintain Accurate Records: Keep detailed and well -organized records of outreach, communication, and progress.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior consultants and recruiters to ensure candidates are matched effectively.
Reporting: Provide regular updates on research, outreach activity, and outcomes.
Professional Communication: Draft clear, concise, and professional emails/messages to ensure candidates are presented effectively.
Database Management: Maintain an up -to -date database of contacts and candidates.
Strong research and problem -solving skills.
Proficiency with search engines, LinkedIn, and business platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication in clear, professional English.
Detail -oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes (advantageous, but not essential).
Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, or research is a plus.
Ability to work remotely effectively
Strong motivation to grow a career within recruitment and talent acquisition.
