We are recruiting a driven Junior Retail Manager in the Agricultural sector to support the day-to-day operations of a busy retail store in Worcester. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on retail professional ready to step into a leadership role and grow within a structured, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager with sales performance, staff supervision, stock control, and daily operations
• Assist in achieving sales targets and improving store profitability
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and effective complaint resolution
• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and retail standards
• Contribute to merchandising, promotional displays, and digital retail initiatives

Minimum Requirements:

• NQF 5 Diploma
• Minimum 3 years retail sales experience, including supervisory responsibilities
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems
