Junior to Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

premier, multi -disciplinary Development Management firm with a significant
African footprint and a newly established office in Cape Town.  They are currently executing a robust project
pipeline across both South Africa and Namibia.

The firm is
seeking a driven Junior to Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their
Durbanville -based team. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to work

The Role

The successful
candidate will play an integral role in supporting the firm’s expanding project
portfolio. This position provides exposure to a diverse range of developments
and offers the unique opportunity for occasional travel to the company’s head
office in Namibia and various project sites.

For candidates
who are not yet professionally registered, the firm provides a structured and
supportive environment, offering the necessary mentoring and training required
to achieve professional status.

Key
Responsibilities

·         Assisting in the delivery of comprehensive
Quantity Surveying services throughout the project lifecycle.

·         Supporting senior team members with cost
planning, estimates, and feasibility studies.

·         Preparing tender and contract documentation.

·         Conducting site measurements, valuations, and
assisting with final accounts.

·         Collaborating within a multi -disciplinary team
to ensure high -standard project delivery.

Requirements

Requirements

·         Experience: A minimum of 3 years’ experience
specifically within a Quantity Surveying practice.

·         Registration: Professional registration is not
required at this stage; the firm is prepared to support the final mentoring and
training for registration. Candidates who are newly registered and seeking a
growth -oriented platform will also be considered.

·         Attributes: A high -performance mindset with the
ability to adapt to a fast -paced environment.

·         Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally to
regional offices and project sites.
