Experience: 10+ years KAM experience, business development, and negotiations within the Telco industry 10+ years in leadership roles, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth. Strong knowledge of African markets, with cultural awareness and an understanding of regional dynamics. Financial acumen, along with a strategic, innovative, and creative mindset to address complex business challenges. Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and the ability to drive results through effective collaboration. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. High integrity, ethics, and a commitment to compliance, with the ability to address and resolve inappropriate behavior when necessary.
