Job Description - Key Accounts Manager

    • Key Account Manager Relocation Services (Africa & Middle East)
      Location: Cape Town
      Industry: Relocation & Global Mobility
      Employment Type: Full-Time
      Experience Level: Mid-Senior Level

      We are hiring on behalf of our client, a leading provider in relocation services, who is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join their dynamic team. This is a pivotal role focused on managing high-value client relationships across Africa and the Middle East, ensuring exceptional service delivery and continuous business growth.

      Key Criteria:

      • Proactively manage a portfolio of strategic client accounts.
      • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
      • Translate client needs into actionable business opportunities.
      • Develop and present quotations and pricing structures.
      • Identify innovative solutions to enhance service delivery.
      • Coordinate with Global Mobility Coordinators and internal teams to resolve client needs efficiently.
      • Oversee the implementation of client procedures and service level agreements (SLAs).
      • Produce and refine client reporting to ensure accuracy and relevance.
      • Provide regular performance updates to internal stakeholders and clients.
      • Carry out other duties as assigned by management to support company goals.

      Requirements:

      • Bachelors degree in business or a service-related industry (preferred).
      • Minimum 3 years' experience in Key Account Management or similar client-facing role.
      • Exposure to USA-based clients is highly desirable.
      • Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is essential; French is a strong advantage.
      • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.
      • Strong analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a flexible approach to problem-solving.
