Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a passionate Kids Club Coordinator to create a fun, safe, and educational environment for children at a luxury Big 5 safari lodge in KwaZulu-Natal. This guest-facing role involves leading and coordinating activities, engaging children in nature-based, cultural, and creative experiences, and promoting conservation and wildlife awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities for children
  


• Promote awareness of wildlife, nature, and conservation
  


• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children at all times
  


• Communicate effectively with guests and team members
  


• Support high standards of guest service and lodge operations
  

Minimum Requirements:

• French speaking is essential
  


• Proven experience working with children or an education background
  


• Energetic, friendly, and responsible personality
  


• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  


• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and school holidays
  


• Commitment to child safety and high guest service standards
