Labour Legal Advisor (Entry-Level) – Johannesburg

We are urgently recruiting an entry-level Labour Legal Advisor with hands-on CCMA representation experience to join a well-established labour consultancy environment.

This role is operational and practical, not senior or academic.

Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

• LLB degree

• 2–4 years CCMA representation experience (labour matters)

• Reliable vehicle

• Male candidate preferred

• Must be comfortable with practical labour law execution, not advisory-only work

Role Exposure Includes:

• CCMA and Bargaining Council representation

• Labour dispute handling

• Drafting labour-related documentation

• Client-facing labour support

Salary:

• R28,000 basic

• R650 cellphone allowance

• R1,220 travel allowance
