Your mission

What You’ll Do
As our Founding Engineer, you’ll be hands-on in:

Building our MVP: advisor matching engine, onboarding flows, dashboards
Making architecture decisions that scale
Connecting frontend and backend systems (React, Node/Python, AWS/GCP)
Integrating third-party tools (CRM, scheduling, onboarding)
Collaborating on product decisions with the founding team
Hiring or managing contractors as needed
Laying the groundwork for a world-class engineering culture

What We’re Looking For

Strong full-stack skills (e.g., React + Node/Python + DBs)
Experience building and shipping early-stage products (startup or side projects)
Comfortable working independently and wearing many hats
Interest in AI/ML matching, financial tools, or personalization (a plus)
Strong communication—you're as comfortable in Figma as in Git
Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to grow into a CTO or technical leader
