Lead Generators- Telco Campaign

Our client, a well-established and reputable name in South Africa’s telecommunications industry, is seeking motivated and professional Lead Generators to join their team in Roodepoort.

This role is ideal for individuals with experience in telecom sales or lead generation, who are confident communicators and enjoy building connections with people. Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to businesses to promote our mobile and data services


• Speak to decision-makers and explain how our products can help their business


• Build good relationships over the phone


• Collect and accurately capture lead information


• Update all customer details on CRM systems


• Work towards daily and monthly lead targets

Minimum Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12)


• At least 1 year of lead generation and / telesales experience within the telecommunications environment


• Comfortable using CRM and sales tools such as:




• Salesforce


• iLula


• Siebel


• Helios


• Appex


• Eppicx


• Glide




• Strong communication skills and telephone etiquette


• Ability to work in a high-volume, performance-driven environment
