Learning & Development Manager – Sales (Durban)

We’re on the hunt for a experienced learning leader who knows how to build capability, shift behaviour, and drive real sales performance.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys designing impactful learning experiences, embedding them into the business, and seeing the direct effect on sales results, product understanding, and compliance.

What you’ll own

• Sales capability development across telesales and face-to-face environments

• Product knowledge and compliance training that translates into confident, effective selling

• The end-to-end design and rollout of learning programmes

• Embedding learning into daily operations to drive measurable performance improvement

This role suits someone who:
