Legal/Finance Analyst

Purpose: To advise the CEO on legal risk, contract strategy, and financial margin management across high-value projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review client and supplier contracts for risk and compliance
• Monitor profitability against project budget and margin targets
• Work with project managers to identify financial and contractual risks
• Compile monthly financial/risk reports

Requirements:

• 5+ years in finance or legal roles in construction/design
• Ability to interpret JBCC/FIDIC or similar contracts
• Proficient in budgeting, margin tracking, and cost risk

Qualifications and Professional Bodies:

• Bachelors in Law or Finance
• Member of SAICA (for financial background) or legal bar association (if legal)

Salary (Monthly, ZAR):

Junior: R20,000 R25,000

Mid-Level: R30,000 R35,000

Senior: R40,000+
