We are looking for an experienced Lodge Manager to join our team in the heart of the
Cederberg, Western Cape. We are seeking a hands -on hospitality professional with strong leadership skills, operational
expertise and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experience in a remote wilderness environment.
About the Role
As General Manager, you will overs the full operation across the portfolio Manage staff, budgets, supplier relationships and guest standard and act as the on -the -ground custodian of the brand
Key Responsibilities
ï§ Oversee daily lodge operations
ï§ Manage guest experience from arrival to departure
ï§ Lead and supervise lodge staff across all departments
ï§ Encourage team development and hospitality training
ï§ Oversee kitchen operations and limited menu offerings and service standards are upheld
ï§ Conduct regular property inspections to ensure presentation
ï§ Manage stock control, maintenance, vehicles and guest areas
ï§ Coordinate schedules, guest flow and operational logistics
ï§ Liaise with farm manger (working Olive farm) and Head Office
ï§ Good understanding and strong financial management
ï§ Support lodge operations during emergencies and environmental related challenges
