Job Description - Lodge Restaurant Manager

WE’RE HIRING | RESTAURANT MANAGER

Luxury Lodge Near Hoedspruit, Limpopo

A prestigious lodge near Hoedspruit is seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead a dynamic dining team and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a luxury hospitality environment.

This is an incredible opportunity for a hospitality professional who is passionate about food, wine, service excellence, and leading high -performing teams in a luxury lodge setting.

Requirements

The Ideal Candidate:

• Hospitality qualification preferred

• Minimum 2 years’ management experience

• Extensive wine, beverage, and food knowledge

• Proven experience managing a dining venue serving up to 150 guests

• Excellent organisational and leadership skills

• Ability to think on your feet in a fast -paced environment

• Experience managing a team of approximately 35 waiters

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Strong guest service focus and training ability

• Willingness to work flexible and late shifts
