Skills Required

Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing shipment documentation and scanning activities.
Ability to investigate and resolve shipment discrepancies and inventory variances.
Basic understanding of warehouse, export, and dispatch processes.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and compliance requirements.
Basic analytical skills and ability to interpret reports and shipment data.
Good teamwork and stakeholder engagement skills.
