Job Description - Luxury Sales Consultant

Our client, a leading name in the high -end fine jewellery industry, specialising in bespoke and milestone pieces is looking for a Luxury Sales Consultant to guide clients from their first consultation to the final delivery. This is a consultative, relationship -focused role for someone who enjoys building trust, educating clients, and providing exceptional service rather than pushing for quick sales. The role is primarily appointment -based, with occasional walk -in clients, and requires a high level of professionalism, organisation, and emotional intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in -person and online client consultations
  • Guide clients through engagement ring and fine jewellery options
  • Clearly explain diamonds, metals, design elements, and craftsmanship
  • Prepare quotes and follow up consistently with clients
  • Manage the full sales cycle independently, from lead to close
  • Build long -term client relationships for anniversaries and repeat business
  • Handle after -sales service including collections, resizes, and client updates
  • Maintain accurate client records, timelines, and follow -ups
  • Communicate professionally via WhatsApp Business and internal systems



Requirements

  • A qualification in Sales, Marketing, Retail Management, Business, Design, or a related field is advantageous
  • Jewellery -related certification or gemmology training is beneficial but not required
  • Jewellery experience is not essential if the right personality and aptitude are present
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisation and follow -through
  • Attention to detail
  • Good memory and ability to retain product knowledge
  • Confidence
  • Willing to work
    • Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
    • Saturdays: 08:30 – 13:00 (3 Saturdays per month)
