We have an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Maintenance Manager who is ready to take ownership of critical mining assets across surface and underground operations.

What you’ll drive:
- Maximum asset uptime and reliability
- Preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies
- Workshop operations and contractor management
- Cost control, compliance, and safety excellence
- High-performing technical teams

Location: Kathu, Northern Cape

We’re looking for:
- Strong maintenance leadership in mining or industrial environments
- Proven track record in reducing downtime and improving asset performance
- Experience managing workshops, teams, and contractors
- Solid SHEQ and regulatory knowledge
- Results-driven, practical problem-solver
