Deliver actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making by analysing performance metrics, financial trends, and business data. Support the development of performance dashboards and reports that monitor progress against strategic objectives. Partner with stakeholders across the business to translate data into clear narratives, enabling visibility, alignment, and performance improvement.

Qualification 

• First Degree Business Commerce
• First Degree Mathematical Sciences

Experience Required

• 3-4 years Demonstrated ability to translate data into insights with clear narratives for stakeholders. Proficiency in Excel for analysis and modelling; working knowledge of tools like Power BI or Tableau. Comfortable working with multiple teams to collect and validate performance data.
• 3-4 years Exposure to performance reporting or business analysis in a corporate or consulting environment. Experience building reports, summaries, or dashboards using PowerPoint, Excel, or BI tools. Familiarity with financial and operational KPIs, business case concepts, and budget/forecast cycles.
