Job Description - Manager, Branch

Job Description

To manage and develop all available resources (people, process and systems) within the branch / PORs to ensure a sustainable and profitable branch income statement and balance sheet as well as entrenching a strong client-focused culture.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (FAIS aligned)

 

Experience Required:

  • 5-7 years of experience in banking or financial services
  • Proven experience in branch management, including income statement management and all aspects related to sales and service
  • Demonstrated expertise in Client Coverage and Relationship Management
  • Strong background in Personal and Private Banking products and services

 

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and budgeting
  • Advanced knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to drive sales performance and meet targets
  • Proficient in using banking software and MS Office suite
