Personal and Private Banking

• 3-4 years experience and knowledge of change management and project management principles, methodologies and tools
• Experience in implementing organisational change efforts
• Experience with managing various stakeholders towards a common goal
• Research and report writing experience
• Understands Voice Branch environment and its business drivers.
