Develop and implement cost reduction initiatives to optimise operational expenses while maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction in each functional area. Develop financial models and business cases to support the realisation of strategic objectives across Vodacom Business, Consumer, and Technology segments. Analyse investment opportunities, assess risks, and forecast financial outcomes to inform decision-making processes in each functional area. Analyse performance targets and compare results with benchmarks set as the centre across Vodacom Business, Consumer, and Technology segments. Identify and assess commercial risks related to market dynamics, regulatory changes, and operational activities. Develop risk mitigation strategies and internal controls to safeguard Regional Operation's interests. Ensure compliance with Vodacom and industry regulatory standards governing regional operations Experience in the telecommunications industry across Business, Consumer, and Technology segments is preferable Big data management with proficiency in statistical analysis, financial modelling, and business case development across Business, Consumer, and Technology segments. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse stakeholders. Track record of working in cross functional teams
