Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting systems to monitor the impact of HSS initiatives.
Embed organisational frameworks as core strategic elements, aligning activities with broader organisational goals.

PhD in Humanities or Social Sciences (required)
Postgraduate management qualification (advantageous)
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in professional or academic environments, with at least 5 years in a mid - to senior management role
Experience in developing policies, procedures, and performance frameworks
Proven experience engaging with senior stakeholders, including directors, managers, and academic leaders
Strong leadership and strategic thinking
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Exceptional writing and analytical abilities
Organisational and prioritisation skills
Project and performance management
Ability to manage change effectively and work independently under pressure
Self -motivated, adaptable, and solutions -oriented
