Manager: Operational Excellence & Enablement

• Drive continuous improvement across the manufacturing plant.
  
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence initiatives.
  
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvement solutions.
  
• Improve productivity, quality, cost control, and operational performance.
  
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools.
  
• Support the GM Manufacturing with operational planning and execution.
  
• Manage cross -functional improvement projects.
  
• Coordinate stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
  
• Conduct benchmarking, research, and data analysis.
  
• Facilitate workshops, training, coaching, and best -practice adoption.
  
• Support a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
  
• Master’s degree advantageous.
  
• Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, PMP, or Prince2 certification advantageous.
  
• 2–5 years’ manufacturing operations experience.
  
• Strong continuous improvement and project management experience.
  
• Proven track record in operational transformation or performance improvement.
  
• Experience working with cross -functional teams.
  
• Strong analytical and problem -solving skills.
  
• Good communication and stakeholder management ability.
  
• Able to influence and drive change across teams.
  
• Reliable, ethical, energetic, and self -motivated.
  
• Strong attention to detail.
