Manager, Specialised Lending

To design, structure, and execute bespoke home loan and complex lending solutions for Signature-level clients within the affluent segment. This role will act as a balance sheet specialist, working in partnership with Private Bankers to unlock tailored credit solutions, provide strategic lending advice, and enable holistic wealth creation through smart gearing strategies.

Type of Qualification: First Degree (NQF7)

Field of Study: Finance, Accounting, Economics or related

Regulatory certifications (e.g. RE5, FAIS compliant) advantageous

Experience Required

Business Solutions

Private Banking

• 7+ years’ experience in credit structuring, complex lending, or private client lending
• Proven track record in deal origination, structuring, and execution for Wealth clients
• Deep knowledge of credit policies, deal origination, execution, and legal frameworks
• Exposure to multi-entity ownership structures (e.g. trusts, companies, joint ventures)
• Strong understanding of affluent and Signature client needs and the ability to position lending as part of a wealth strategy
