Manager: Supply Chain Management I

Purpose Statement

We're recruiting two Supply Chain Managers to strengthen and evolve our Supply Chain Management capability. One role will focus on commercial value, supplier partnerships, and service delivery, while the other will lead demand and capacity planning to support business needs. Together, they will play a key role in developing a more integrated, efficient, and future-ready supply chain capability across the organisation

Experience

Minimum:

• 5+yrs experience relevant to logistics, supply chain management 


• At least 2yrs experience leading or managing people or a team


• Experience relevant to the specific function

Qualifications (Minimum)

Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)

Knowledge

Minimum:

• Logistics processes, including warehousing, inventory management, distribution, stock control and security


• General management practices and principles


• People management  practices and principles


• Proficiency in logistics software and tools, such as ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), warehouse management systems (WMS), and transportation management systems (TMS).


• Vendor, external 3rd party management

Ideal:

• People/team management


• Participate in and support the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, aligning demand and supply plans with business objectives and logistics capacity.


• Commercial management


• Process Improvement through Process Re-engineering
