Were looking for a hands-on, energetic Shift Supervisor who can lead a team, keep the machines running, and ensure top-quality products roll out on time every time.

What youll need

• Matric (Grade 12) with Maths and Science (Higher Grade pass).
• Diploma in a Technical or Production-related field
• Technical or Production-related Certificate (NQF 5) Trade Test .
• First Line Management Certificate (NQF 5)
• 5+ years in production/maintenance in manufacturing, with 2+ years at supervisory level.
• Shift work experience

What youll do

• Lead your shift like a pro guide, motivate, and support your team to hit production targets.
• Keep production smooth make sure resources, machines, and people are working at their best.
• Maintain high standards quality checks, safety compliance, and housekeeping are always on your watch.
• Plan ahead prevent breakdowns by arranging maintenance and keeping equipment in top shape.
• Stay on budget avoid waste, control costs, and look for smart savings.
• Work with others team up with different departments to keep operations flowing.
• Document everything complete production records, maintenance logs, and safety checks.
