How you'll role
As the Marketing Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong client relationships and driving business growth. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their unique needs, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. Your strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and ability to navigate complex situations will contribute to client satisfaction and the achievement of company goals.
What you'll do
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with assigned clients, becoming a trusted advisor and understanding their goals and challenges
- Maintain regular communication to provide updates, address inquiries, and gather feedback
- Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and project execution
- Develop comprehensive account plans in collaboration with clients, aligning their objectives with our products/services
- Identify growth opportunities and tailor strategies to meet evolving client needs
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and leverage data to provide insights and recommendations
- Proactively identify challenges and potential issues in client accounts
- Develop creative solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely problem resolution
- Share client feedback and insights to contribute to product/service enhancements
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies, with a focus on digital channels
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics including social media, content marketing, email marketing, SEO, and SEM
- Experience with traditional marketing channels such as retail, radio, print, and outdoor advertising
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and experimentation
- Proficiency in marketing and social media analytics tools and platforms
