Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail -oriented Marketing Assistant to support the continued growth of our online business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing email marketing campaigns, enhancing product listings, improving organic search performance, and creating engaging visual content that drives customer engagement and sales.
This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and technical marketing expertise, with a strong focus on delivering high -quality digital content and maintaining excellent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Create, manage, and optimise email marketing campaigns, including one -off promotional emails and automated customer journeys.
Develop and maintain email marketing automations to improve customer engagement and retention.
Write compelling SEO -optimised product descriptions and website copy.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility.
Edit and optimise product images using Adobe Photoshop or similar image -editing software.
Create visually appealing marketing assets, advertisements, and promotional graphics.
Analyse marketing and website performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Assist with the management and optimisation of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns.
Utilise AI -powered tools to improve marketing efficiency, content creation, and campaign performance.
Ensure product listings and digital content remain accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand standards.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to support ongoing e -commerce and marketing initiatives.
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience managing and creating email marketing campaigns and automations.
Strong SEO knowledge and experience with product copywriting.
Excellent image -editing skills, preferably using Adobe Photoshop.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and e -commerce best practices.
Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Experience creating marketing graphics and digital advertisements.
