Run Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads for LIONLEAD and its franchises.
Set up funnels and automation sequences (WhatsApp, Mailchimp, HubSpot).
Monitor ROI, A/B test creatives, and optimize conversion rates.
Coordinate with CRM team (LYNX.AI) to ensure smooth lead handover.
3+ years of experience in paid digital marketing.
Deep understanding of South African property market preferred.
Strong grasp of conversion metrics and analytics dashboards.
