Position: Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with the planning, development, and execution of marketing strategies to promote our company and its projects. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for new and existing projects

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences and determine the most effective marketing channels

- Create and manage marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content, to support sales and leasing efforts

- Assist with the coordination of events, such as open houses and community outreach initiatives

- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to increase brand awareness and engagement

- Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance and make recommendations for improvement

- Work closely with the design team to ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials

- Collaborate with external partners, such as advertising agencies and media outlets, to execute marketing campaigns

- Assist with the development and maintenance of the company website and other digital platforms

- Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing strategies

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry

- Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite

- Experience with social media management and digital marketing

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box

- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
