Job Description - Marketing Executive

What you will be doing:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
Oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, content creation, social media, public relations, and events.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Collaborate with product development and sales teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and sales goals.
Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
Analyse campaign performance and provide regular reports on key metrics.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging marketing technologies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

What our client is looking for:

A relevant tertiary degree would be ideal (Marketing, Business Administration, etc.)
Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or in a similar role, coupled with a strong understanding of core marketing principles and techniques.
Demonstrable product knowledge, ideally within the textiles, footwear, or hosiery industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in various marketing software and tools.
Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making, combined with strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
A creative and innovative approach to marketing, with demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
Highly adaptable and eager to learn new technologies.
