Marketing Executive

RPO Recruitment is looking for a dedicated and creative Marketing Executive to join our client's team. As the Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure effective implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote RPO Recruitment and its services
• Create and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising
• Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and informative content
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns
• Manage RPO Recruitment's social media accounts and website
• Coordinate and organize marketing events and initiatives
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in marketing roles
• Strong knowledge of marketing principles and techniques
• Experience with social media management and email marketing platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in the recruitment industry is a plus
