Description

We are seeking a creative, proactive, and results-driven Marketing Executive to support the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing activities across multiple channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, generating leads, supporting sales initiatives, and driving engagement through digital and traditional marketing campaigns.

This role requires a highly organised individual with strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering measurable marketing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

  • Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
  • Manage and optimise social media channels, including content creation and scheduling.
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and customer communications.
  • Monitor website performance and recommend improvements to enhance user experience and lead generation.
  • Support SEO and content marketing initiatives to improve online visibility and organic traffic.
  • Assist with paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media advertising.

Content Creation

  • Develop engaging content for websites, blogs, social media platforms, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
  • Create compelling marketing copy aligned with brand guidelines and target audience requirements.
  • Coordinate the creation of visual content, graphics, videos, and promotional materials.
  • Maintain consistency in messaging and brand identity across all communication channels.

Lead Generation & Campaign Management

  • Support lead generation initiatives and marketing campaigns aimed at attracting new business opportunities.
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to support business growth objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Track and report on key marketing metrics and campaign outcomes.

Brand Management

  • Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with the company's brand guidelines.
  • Support brand awareness initiatives and market positioning efforts.
  • Assist with the development of promotional materials, presentations, and sales collateral.
  • Maintain and update marketing assets and content libraries.

Market Research & Analysis

  • Research market trends, competitors, and customer behaviours.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and customer engagement.
  • Analyse campaign performance data and provide actionable insights.
  • Assist in developing customer personas and target audience profiles.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, operations, and management teams to support business objectives.
  • Coordinate with external suppliers, designers, agencies, and content creators where required.
  • Participate in team meetings, planning sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Support event planning, webinars, exhibitions, and other promotional activities when required.


Requirements

Essential

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Experience managing social media platforms and content creation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and project management abilities.
  • Experience using marketing and analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Desirable

  • Experience within a B2B environment.
  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
  • Experience with website content management systems (CMS).
  • Graphic design or video editing experience.
  • Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Understanding of lead generation and sales funnel management.
