Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Graduate to help translate data gathered from various sources into information and reports to support business requirements, conduct research and support the Business Generation and Marketing team.

Marketing Graduate responsibilities will include using data to generate reports, analyse data and market trends, create dashboards using Excel or PowerBI, and competitor, market/bid research. Our graduate will also get to work across our teams from marketing and communications, bid support, client programs/presentations. To be successful in this role, you must be comfortable and proficient with processing and analysing marketing data, as well with using excel, PowerBi, and Powerpoint to report.

Ultimately, you will help us generate useful insights to guide marketing and business development decisions and strategy.

Qualifications

Key requirements of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Generate, collate and update reports and information for business reporting across CMD, Client care and other business systems
  • Create data dashboards, graphs and visualisations
  • Conduct industry and client research
  • Maintain and update our case study tracker and case study folders
  • Regularly collate bids from across Africa and across teams and ensure that teams are saving bids in accessible sharepoint folders
  • Upload best practice bids & collateral to relevant libraries on the intranet
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the marketing team
  • Additional Information

    Good knowledge of MS Excel

    Analytical abilities

    BSc in Information Technology/Marketing

    BBA in Information Technology/Marketing / or relevant field
