Position Overview:

The Marketing Manager will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies that promote Opencast Consultings brand and services. The ideal candidate will have a creative mindset, strong analytical skills, and experience with both digital and traditional marketing techniques. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies to enhance the brands presence and generate leads.
• Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, etc.).
• Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Create compelling content for website, blogs, social media, email newsletters, and other marketing materials.
• Manage and optimize marketing campaigns to ensure high engagement and ROI.
• Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, HR) to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Plan and manage events, webinars, and other promotional activities.
• Assist with the creation of presentations, proposals, and other client-facing materials.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• A maximum of 3 years of experience in a marketing or marketing management role.
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEO, PPC, social media advertising, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative, with the ability to think outside the box and create engaging content.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
• Ability to develop and manage budgets for marketing campaigns.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
