Job Description - Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the company's overall business goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and their needs.
  • Create and manage marketing budgets.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns, including advertising, public relations, and social media.
  • Work with sales to develop and execute lead generation and sales strategies.
  • Track and analyze marketing results to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.
    • Key Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team,
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other marketing software,

    • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the agricultural industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
