Marketing Manager - Claremont, Cpt

This
role requires a hands -on leader who is committed to developing and executing
marketing strategies aligned with their Environmental, Social, and Governance
(ESG) principles. You will work closely with Investor Relations, Finance, and Development teams to create compelling marketing content that
highlights their sustainability efforts and investment opportunities.

Requirements

• Diploma
  / Degree in marketing, with a proven track record of successful social media and
  content creation. 
  
• Minimum
  2 years marketing experience, including familiarity with PR
  and brand strategising - essential.
  
• Experience
  in graphic design, including business presentations and social
  media content design. 
  
• Reside near Claremont, Cape Town
  
• Experience
  with graphic design programs (Canva Pro and Photoshop).
  
• Familiarity
  with social media algorithms, particularly Facebook, Instagram, and
  LinkedIn.
  
• Strong
  writing and communication skills, with experience in PR and writing press
  releases/advertorials.
  
• Photography
  skills a potential advantage.
  
• Knowledge
  of the South African and Botswana real estate market is a plus (not
  a requirement).
  
• Ability
  to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  
• Excellent
  organizational and time management skills.
  
• Strong
  interpersonal and communication skills.
  
• Leadership
  skills to manage and mentor the social media and graphic design team.
  
• Passion for CSI & ESG initiatives
