Our client, a leading logistics company, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead their marketing strategy and execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns, managing brand positioning, and driving customer acquisition and retention within the logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s marketing strategy in line with business objectives.
• Manage brand positioning, corporate identity, and customer communications.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, events, and traditional platforms.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
• Oversee content creation, including website, social media, press releases, and marketing collateral.
• Manage lead generation campaigns and track ROI of marketing initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and media.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business development goals.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Report on marketing performance with actionable insights.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Specialist, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or B2B industries.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email, analytics).
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, social media management, CRM systems).
• Experience managing budgets and measuring campaign effectiveness.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Education & Experience
